EE was cleaning up a spill of Clorox that occurred in the warehouse.

Around [REDACTED] a pallet of Clorox stacked on top of a pallet of a pallet of IVORY [REDACTED] spilled over when a driver went to pick the double stack up. The entire pallet of bleach fell over. Once we got the proper PPE receptacles and help; myself and four other EOs dawned PPE to begin the clean up. We got to a point where we evaluated the extent of Damage roughly 15 gallons of bleach was spilled We opened ventilation and Dock doors to help get rid of the bleach fumes. Per EE email description. EE also shared in a separate email that he went home removed clothing showered and return back to the site to finish his shift. Miscellaneous Causes Other than Physical Cause of Injury
