Employee was experiencing frequent mandrel jams at the infeed of [REDACTED] thus causing carton jams

In order to address the jammed cartons at the infeed of the [REDACTED] employee was wearing all proper PPE GMP and stopped the [REDACTED] at the main HMI panel in normal fashion then opened the top side safety interlock doors. The employee then reached with their right hand underneath the carton magazine to push the jammed cartons out of the way. After moving the jammed cartons to the side the employee then tried to remove their right arm hand from inside the filler infeed; however the operators approved Cintas jacket was caught on one of the brackets of the carton infeed. As the employee realized that their jacket was stuck on the bracket the employee then suddenly jerked their right arm in a fast motion. This action then resulted in the employee right hand index finger to contact one of the bolted brackets causing a <1 laceration on their right-hand index finger.
