What happened
The associate was delivering a package to a customer 's front door. While walking up the sidewalk to their steps he saw a pile of what looked like regular snow but when he stepped on it he slipped as there was ice under the snow. He fell onto his right hip and was about to brace his fall with his right arm. He did not feel any immediate pain or notice bruising at the time.
