Before the incident

On the morning of [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] a Reliability Engineer was walking North near the mill cooling towers While walking a maintenance vehicle was traveling South and he stepped around a column which is on a slight incline on the NW corner of the cooling tower During this process the employee stated that he slipped and landed on his right elbow and hip The Reliability Engineer reported the incident to his supervisor and requested medical attention Employee was evaluated onsite by the facility EMT and sent out for treatment beyond first aid The offsite treating physician diagnosed the employee with a right elbow and hip contusion
