EE was manually running the grapple to clear the head of Styrofoam off the top of the trash well at the same time the operator was back flushing the extraction hole to clear debris After dumping the grapple and moving it back to the trash well EE turned to look at grapple as stock erupted from the extraction hole covering the back side of the EE with stock hot enough to cause 1st and 2nd degree burns
