Employee was opening and closing a drain valve on the filler backstock chest He was leaning over one of the pipes and reaching down to where the valve is The valve is located near the floor and is in between piping and he felt like hurt his back when trying to reach the valve EE initially reached out to Safety Mgr on [REDACTED] EE asked to be seen under a previous claim in [REDACTED] Claim 202209273520001 EE informed me his sciatica nerve had recently flared up EE explained it was the same issue he had previously under claim 202209273520001 [REDACTED] was contacted EEs case was closed for this issue in [REDACTED] At that time EE had said he was pain free On [REDACTED] EE was followed up with and provided the information on his previous claim I asked EE if he had injured himself at work recently and if this was the cause for his flare up EE became frustrated and exited my office On [REDACTED] EE texted me and stated he was seen by his physician and was told his flare up was caused by re
