WHEN EMPLOYEE WAS OFF LOADING AT DOOR 23 HE STEPPED OUT OF A TRUCK TO HELP GET A PACKAGE ON THE EXTENDO BELT ONCE DONE HE CONTINUED TO STEP BACK INTO THE TRAILER AND FELL BETWEEN THE DECK AND THE TRAILER WHEN EMPLOYEE FELL HE CUT HIS LEG JUST ABOVE AND BELOW HIS KNEE AND HURT HIS KNEE AS WELL
