WE HAD A POWER OUTAGE AND EMPLOYEES WERE HAVING TO MANUALLY MOVE PACKAGES ON TO THE BELT AND PUSH THEM DOWN THE BELT WHILE OFFLOADING A ULD EE TURNED WITH PACKAGES IN HAND AND TRIPPED OVER THE LIP OF THE CTV TRAILER WHILE EXITING THE CONTAINER SHE COULD NOT CONTROL HER FALL DUE TO HOLDING PACKAGES WITH BOTH HANDS EE THOUGHT SHE WAS OK WITH JUST SOME SCRAPES ON HER SHINES AND KNEES AS THE SORT WENT ON THE SWELLING AND DISCOMFORT GOT WORSE CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE TO REQUEST TREATMENT
