EMPLOYEE WAS MAKING A DELIVERY AT A CUSTOMER S LOCATION THE STREET WAS BEING PAVED AT THE TIME AS HE WAS WALKING FROM THE STREET TO THE CUSTOMER S DRIVEWAY HE TRIPPED ON THE DIFFERENCE IN HEIGHT BETWEEN THE STREET AND THE DRIVEWAY AS HE WAS FALLING HE BRACED HIMSELF WITH HIS RIGHT HAND WHEN HIS HAND HIT THE GROUND HE SAID THAT HE FELT A SHARP THROBBING PAIN
