THE EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO STEP BACK IN HIS TRUCK AFTER MAKING A DELIVERY AFTER THE EMPLOYEE ENTERED THE TRUCK AS HE WENT TO TAKE THE SECOND STEP ON THE SECOND STAIR IN THE TRUCK HE FELT HIS KNEE BUCKLED HE WENT TO HIS NEXT STOP AND BEFORE GETTING OUT OF THE VEHICLE HE REALIZED HIS KNEE HAD BEGUN TO SWELL UP AND BEGIN TO FEEL SORE EMPLOYEE HAS CALLED THE NURSES HOTLINE AND THEY HAVE RECOMMENDED HE GET CHECKED OUT AT CONCENTRA URGENT CARE
