FROM THE EMPLOYEES WRITTEN STATEMENT I WAS STEPPING OUT OF THE SIDE OF MY RENTAL VEHICLE I WAS USING FOR THE DAY ONTO A DRIVEWAY THAT I HAD PARKED IN FRONT OF IN ORDER TO COMPLETE A STOP THE SIDE STEP ON THE RENTALS IS A LITTLE HIGHER UP THAN MOST OTHER VEHICLES SO I WAS CAUTIOUS ALL DAY FOR THIS STOP EVEN THOUGH I WAS USING THE SUPPORT OF THE RAIL MY LEFT KNEE JUST BUCKLED WHEN TOUCHING DOWN WITH MY LEFT FOOT
