WORKER DIDN T FEEL WELL THROUGHOUT HIS SHIFT WAS VOMITING WORKERS EYE SITE STARTED TO BECOME UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE BYSTANDERS SAW WORKER ON THE SIDE OF ROAD SICK AND CALLED FOR AMBULANCE WORKER REFUSED MEDICAL ATTENTION FROM AMBULANCE WORKER S GIRL FRIEND CAME TO PICK UP WORKER AND BRING TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM WORKER STAYED OVER NIGHT WHILE THEY RAN TESTS FEDEX VEHICLE WAS TOWED BACK TO THE STATION NOT A WORKPLACE INJURY
