EMPLOYEE WAS DELIVERING AS HE WALKED TO THE DOOR TO RELEASE PACKAGE THE HOMEOWNER OPENED THE DOOR AND 2 OF HIS DOGS RUSHED OUT THE DOGS CIRCLED THE EMPLOYEE EMPLOYEE INDICATED OWNER SAID IT S OK THEY DON T BITE RIGHT AFTER THE DOG LUNGED AT HIM AND BIT HIS GROIN AREA BROKE SKIN AND WAS BLEEDING OWNER IMPLIED THAT HIS DOGS HAD NEVER DONE THAT COULDN T GET CONTROL OF HIS DOGS AND DOGS KEPT CIRCLING THE EMPLOYEE UNTIL HE WAS ABLE TO LEAVE
