EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING TO THE RESTROOM THROUGH THE BREAKROOM AREA WHEN HE STATES HE FELT HIS RIGHT KNEE WEAKEN AS HE STEPPED HE ATTEMPTED TO HOLD HIMSELF UP USING A PLASTIC TRASH CAN WHICH BUCKLED AND THE EMPLOYEE LANDED ON HIS LEFT KNEE IN THE FALL NO SWELLING OR PAIN WAS REPORTED AT THE TIME OF INCIDENT
