ON [REDACTED] I PERFORMED A 17 CHECK ON [REDACTED] [REDACTED] THE PASSENGER DRIVE TIRES WERE LOW AND I REPLACED THEM WITH GOOD USED THE INNER WHEEL WAS STUCK ON THE HUB AND I MUST HAVE OVEREXERTED MY BACK GETTING THAT WHEEL OFF NO PAIN WAS IMMEDIATE PAIN STARTED [REDACTED] WITH VERY MINOR SORENESS BUT CONTINUED UNTIL I WENT TO URGENT CARE ER ON [REDACTED] AS I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT IT WAS A KIDNEY ISSUE AS I HAVE HAD STONES IN THE PAST ER RAN MULTIPLE TESTS AND DETERMINED THAT IT WAS A WORK RELATED INJURY
