ON [REDACTED] EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO BREAK LOOSE A NUT ON LOCK LINK ON A [REDACTED] NOSE LANDING GEAR EMPLOYEE [REDACTED] WAS HOLDING THE HEAD OF THE BOLT WHILE [REDACTED] WAS TRYING TO LOOSEN THE NUT DURING THIS PROCESS THE RATCHET HOLDING THE NUT SLIPPED OFF CAUSING A SUDDEN JOLT WHICH CAUSED THE INJURY TO EMPLOYEE S SHOULDER EMPLOYEE HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY SEEING THE AT FOR A SHOULDER STRAIN BUT THIS INJURY CAUSED A POP AND THE AT FELT IT NECESSARY FOR A CLINIC VISIT
