EMPLOYEE WAS DOING A RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY CARRYING A 37LB PACKAGE UP AN INCLINED DRIVEWAY AS SHE WAS WAL UP THE DRIVEWAY SHE CAUGHT HER FOOT ON AN UNEVEN SURFACE CAUSING HER TO FALL TO THE GROUND AS SHE FELL TO THE GROUND SHE HIT HER RIGHT KNEE ON THE CONCRETE SURFACE CAUSING A LOT OF PAIN IN HER RIGHT KNEE EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO GO TO A CLINIC OR REPORT THE INJURY EMPLOYEE CALLED OUT SICK TO WORK THE NEXT TWO DAYS AND ON THE SECOND DAY SHE WENT TO A CLINIC TO GET SEEN FOR HER INJURY
