EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING ANOTHER EE PUT A ULD ON A TRUCK EMPLOYEE NOTICED THAT THERE WAS NO AIR IN THE TRAILER AND PROCEEDED TO CLIMB DOWN THE LADDER ON DOOR 18 WHILE CLIMBING DOWN HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON THE METAL PIPES BELOW THE LADDER AND AS HE FELL DOWN HE LANDED AND ROLLED HIS LEFT ANKLE IMMEDIATELY HE FELT PAIN AND REPORTED TO MANAGER [REDACTED] LINE WAS CALLED AND RECOMMENDED TO SELF CARE
