Employee was pushing a cart along the property. The EE stopped left the cart outside and proceeded to go into the HR trailer. The employee noticed that the cart started to move downhill on its own and attempted to rush down the stairs to catch the cart. The employees foot slipped and he tumbled down rolling his ankle and spraining his hip and thumb.
