What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called and informed me that he had injured his right shoulder. [REDACTED] relays feeling a sensation in his right shoulder when taking the stretcher out of the ambulance at the hospital with a patient on it. As per [REDACTED] patient weighed approximately 125lbs. No detriment to patient. [REDACTED] turned over care at the hospital with no issue and sensation had stopped. While putting the stretcher back into the ambulance [REDACTED] felt that same sensation again with no additional weight on the stretcher. [REDACTED] relays lifting with proper technique and denies any deficiencies with entrance to hospital. [REDACTED] relays light rain at time of incident. [REDACTED] was seen at HAHV in [REDACTED] and taken out of work until [REDACTED]. Incident report filed by employee HR recevied necessary paperwork.
