gave the patient im versed. The patient was being restrained by new rochelle pd. I administer the versed and when I went to sheath the needle with one hand the cover wasn 't sliding over the needle. I went to secure the needle with my left and I am unsure if the needle punctured my finger. [REDACTED] I notice and injury that resemble a needle stick on my left pointer finger. I hadn 't notice the injury on my finger before the beginning of my shift.
