EMT [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] advised me when she returned to [REDACTED] that she injured her back on her last job where patient was transferred to Weiler Hospital. She stated that she stood up the wrong way and her back went into spasm. I advised her that she should be seen by a doctor and Lt. [REDACTED] transported her to Lawrence Hospital for further evaluation. I also advised her to complete an incident report explaining what happened. I advised her that in the future if she is injured while work to immediately notify a supervisor or dispatch or support services. After employee returned from hospital she told me that she was given a note from physician that she may return to work in 3 days she was advised to forward paperwork to HR
