Before the incident
carrying a patient down the stairs via a stair chair the stairs was narrow and had a couple turns.
What happened
[REDACTED] was dispatched to a 911. Pt had to be brought down in the stair chair. Due to how the stair case was set up this was a difficult stair chair job. I felt like I pulled a muscle but thought that it would go away. When lifting the last patient into the ambulance it aggravated it more. Dispatch and supervisor notified.
