Employee was working and felt a pain in his eye He immediately came to EHS to have it flushed He thought it had come out He then came back [REDACTED] saying that he was still feeling it After flushing again he was taken to the eye clinic where it was determined that he had metal embedded in his eyelid and by blinking had scratched his eye in multiple places
