The DA delivered a package to a house however on the way back he managed to tripped on the uneven pavement The DA proceeded to fall and landed on his right side DA scraped his right arm and leg and also had some pain in his rib cage the progressively got worse as he continued delivering DA was originally cleared to return to work at full duty and did so on [REDACTED] however after working a shift that day and on [REDACTED] his injuries and pain flaired back up He went back to get checked out and they took him off work once again
