While working on the report in the support room I experienced some initial symptoms of dizziness and blurred vision. The symptoms then progressed to intense upper back pain accompanied by difficulty in walking. I was taken to Lawrence Hospital from unit A12 on the advice of Lt. 302 who recommended that I seek medical attention due to my symptoms. These included severe back pain dizziness chest pain difficulty walking neck pain and blurred vision. I was given a C-collar after experiencing neck pain in the support room before being taken to Lawerence Hospital. I am here today because the back pain I am currently experiencing has become quite intense.
