While conducting an annual task two operators were moving a full bin of Ball Mill media out of the TCP Area. Another operator (one sustaining injury) was placing empty bin into position. This employee pulled the empty bin backwards looked to their left to make sure they were not going to hit someone or something when they caught their right thumb between the empty bin and a bollard.
