Before the incident occurred the employee was preforming a safety care on a student.

What happened

The employee was preforming a safety care hold on the right side of the student the student got loose and head-butted the EE on the upper left side of his forehead causing a lump on his forehead. EE states the lump is above his left eyebrow and going closer to the middle of his nose and there is redness to the area. EE states the lump on his forehead feels tender and has a bruised feeling.EE states he felt a whiplash in his neck. E the pain in his neck was mild. EE states his left arm goes down about a credit card size when he holds his arms out with his palms up closes his eyes then opens his eyes. EE states he headache now that he describes as like a sinus headache.
