Routine welding of the trailer frame on the frame table.

[REDACTED] recently started as a welder at ATC. He had just transitioned from training to working on the frame table in the weld shop. After welding for a while the fingers in his left arm started tingling. His had then started to go numb. The hand improved over the weekend but started back up on [REDACTED] when be began welding again.
