Before the incident

Employee was troubleshooting Dual Proportional Valve due to loss of material at Line 10. He removed air supply line for the valve he was cleaning the material stuck to the seal when he noticed some material was also stuck on the seal of the other valve. When he reaches to clean up the material on this other valve seal the valve closed up on his hand causing 2 lacerations on the outer side of his left hand one on the little finger and the other one on the palm.
