[REDACTED] was carrying cases of product from one end of the store to another he used his left foot to move a box of diapers out of the way
What happened
[REDACTED] was carrying two boxes of products from one end of the store to the other to add them to a pallet. As he was walking there was a box of diapers in the way and he moved the box of diapers out of the way with his left foot. As he did that he somehow fell to the concrete floor and landed on his tailbone while still holding the other cases of product. It knocked the wind out of him a little and his lower back was sore for the rest of his shift.
