[REDACTED] was using the high loader to move product from the shelf and the high loader button lever that makes the high loader move. She was backing up and the button got stuck and the loader continued moving pushing backwards with her hand pinned between the shelf and the high loader. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were standing right their and [REDACTED] turned the machine Loader off and then [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] tried to remove her hand and were unable to remove her hand. Employees from all over started coming to aid in helping to remove her hand. [REDACTED] removed the metal pin from the shelving with her left hand and was able to free her hand. [REDACTED] then took [REDACTED] to the hospital
