What happened
[REDACTED] was filling bouquets in the open-faced cooler that holds the plastic-wrapped bouquets. She had been filling it by reaching up and placing the flowers in the buckets. Before she fell instead of reaching up she stepped into the floral wall cooler. When she was done placing the bouquets in the cooler she went to step out. When stepping out she did not lift her foot high enough and her foot caught on the glass partition wall. This caused her to fall on her left knee and her left wrist.
