What happened
her left index finger was behind the pull bag as she held it in her hand her right hand placed the box cutter over the top of the pull bag and sliced it open she did not realize her left index finger was directly underneath. Upon cutting herself she immediately sought help. [REDACTED] bandaged her up [REDACTED] saw them and later when management arrived [REDACTED] then reported it to [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. However at the end of her shift it was not doing better so she went to the emergency room where she received 5 stitches and a tetanus shot but no work restrictions
