What happened
[REDACTED] was unloading the grocery truck using the palet jack. We have cold air curtains installed on the backroom doors. The curtain was initially pushed out of the way via the current pallet being unloaded. The curtain than fell off the palet and hit [REDACTED] in the right eye.
