What happened
[REDACTED] fell and hit his head back and arm in the freezer on some ice build up when unloading frozen truck. He exhibited signs of some head injury (Dizzy eyes sensitive to light ringing of the ears headache) so out of precaution I sent him to see a medical professional. Our preferred office was closed so he went to Urgent Care. He did leave 4.5 hours early from work.
