What happened
[REDACTED] was in the diary cooler getting product to stock. He had a crate of 4 full gallons on milk in his hands and he was turning to put it into a cart. When he spun around to go to the cart he stepped on a plastic piece from another milk jug and slipped and fell. When he landed he hit hit bottom back and head on the ground and the crate of milk hit his chest. He is now experiencing pain in his back headaches and difficulty breathing.
