Before the incident
Shifting the rear door frame on the weld table so they could attach hoist straps to the frame to lift it from the table.
What happened
Team member was moving the aluminum frame of a rear ramp door for a trailer on the weld table. The edge of the frame slid off the table causing the door frame to slide of the table. The team member was left holding more of the weight of the trailer than expected and in an effort to stop the door frame from falling the team member twisted their back and felt some pain soreness.
