Removing wood from floor.
What happened
Employee was removing damaged and rotted plywood from food trailer and as he was lifting the plywood off the trailer frame he felt ache sharp pain in his right deltoid and pectoral region. Employee can only raise his arm laterally and frontal parallel to his shoulder. Employee states that this injury is in the same spot as his prior shoulder surgery and is afraid of a potential issue with this shoulder again
