What happened
The employee was loading a steel coil onto the straightener. Employee was using a tool to help push down on the leading edge as it was fed out in order to help straighten it before being fed into the machine. The tool slipped and the leading edge of the steel coil flipped up hitting employee in the chin causing a laceration that required medical attention.
