Teammate entered aisle 12 around [REDACTED] He was instructed to enter a lower pick slot to select some case As he entered to grab his case he had to go towards the back of the pick slot to grab what he needed After he grabbed what was needed he continued to exit the slot and stand up Teammate did not know he was still in the slot and he stood up As he stood up he hit himself on his head Teammate reported incident to supervisor at [REDACTED] He stated it did not hurt when he hit himself in the head Reason on why he did not report the incident to supervisor Teammate also stated that he has hurt himself similar in his past jobs and has had concussions Teammate does not have any symptoms of a concussion
