An employee was drilling out a broken bolt on a fixture. He was using a hand drill in his right hand while holding the fixture in his left hand. He was wearing gloves on both hands. As the drill bit punched through the fixture his left hand slipped and moved into the line of operation of the drill bit and came into contact with his left hand. This caused a puncture wound.
