On [REDACTED] Team Member stated that he was selecting an assignment in [REDACTED] when he came to the slot and alot of selectors were there selecting in the same location The A pallet position in [REDACTED] had a stack of 2 empty chep pallets in it The pallet on top was upside down and had nails sticking out from it Team member stepped on the empty pallets in the a position to grab a case from the B position At that time a nail went into his left leg just under the knee area He also had scrapes on his right leg shin First responders were called and they cleaned and bandaged the wound and we gave ice He stated pain of level 10 [REDACTED] was the First responder that dressed the wound [REDACTED] Case rechecked it later after Ice and relax time and cleaned and redressed it
