What happened
EE was ripping plastic off the pallet when left thumb got caught jammed in plastic causing pain that made employee loss of concise fell backwards causing laceration to back of head. LOC fire paramedics were called paramedics checked his vital signs and cleared by Holy Cross Hospital ER DR for heat exhaustion as well. EE was told to go to ER for stitches.
