EE was in the process of erecting tri-wall containers when they stepped backwards while a second employee was passing through the area with a manual pallet jack. The EE was not aware of the second employee moving behind them with manual pallet jack and as EE was stepping back EE placed their left foot on the fork and lost their balance falling to the floor.
