What happened
Third-Party DA reported that he had twisted and popped his ankle. The DA was located at the customer house and stated that earlier in his route he had stepped into a hole and twisted his ankle resulting in a popping sound. The driver stated his pain level was around 8 10 after the incident but began to wear off shortly after. The driver had stepped off the customers driveway without noticing causing him to twist and put too much weight onto his ankle at the incline he was parked in.
