EE was cutting over [REDACTED] #18 unknown to the EE the chain had broken on the left side arm chain of [REDACTED] #18 causing the left arm to move faster than the right arm. This caused the core and shaft (approx. 60lbs) to not come out parallel which resulted in the left side being unsupported and falling between the arms. The core and shaft fell on top of the EE 's left foot behind where the steel toe ends.
