The associate unrolled the band from the liner on her work bench keeping the liner underneath the band so as to not let the component get stuck to itself She then grabbed the band from the back and turned it so as to have the liner facing her body and the band facing out She then lowered her arms from the weight of the band being taken from off the table causing the liner to drag on the floor

Associate was carrying a band from her work table to the build drum and was holding the band too low on the body when removing from the table allowing the liner for the band to drag on the floor The associate then took a step on the liner that was dragging causing her to slip and fall
