Patient was in a rage 2 staff were present. Patient Reached out and grabbed Nurses neck on the left side and then kicked her with full force in the stomach and nurse hit her back on the wall in a weird position and got the middle of the back. He did this 2 times before nurse was able to grab his legs to prevent from hitting anymore. Staff has a sore neck and a sore lower back from hitting the wall so hard.
