What happened
one employee and the injured employee were sitting on a bench on a shade trailer. crew boss arrived and asked the one employee to hook up the trailer to move. both employees got up and one employee began hooking up the trailer and the injured employee moved to the rear of the trailer. when crew boss began moving the trailer the injured employee was standing at the rear end of trailer and got hit by the rear tire fender.
